Gotta get moving!

Thursday morning; 6:15 am. Awake. Want to get moving, though mornings have rarely been my friend! But today I feel good, refreshed and ready to get started. Fox & Friends in the background; my 10 week old making his little cooing noises in his sleep.

It’s my day off at Billiards and Barstools which always brings mixed feelings. While I enjoy and need a day off, my heart wants to be there! I always think about the people coming into the store that I will miss and what opportunities might pass me by. I usually have to check in a couple of times before the day’s end.

I’ve made a life on not missing opportunities. Most everything my family has and does has come from building relationships and working deals most people would never think about; seeing opportunities most never notice. Maybe that’s why I hate thinking about what might get missed. But there’s a lot of opportunity outside those walls too! Later this morning I’m meeting with a referral from Dennis at CT Garvin for website development. Excited to meet Brandon and see what ideas he has in mind!

Time to get moving. There’s a lot of life waiting to happen.
